Down one step to an open plan area. This comprises the kitchenette with stained glass window, dining area and 2 couches , dvd player , cd player and d.vd,s and an extensive collection of books and magazines. A wood heater is the place to relax in front of with a glass of the complimentary port. Up a winding staircase is the charming loft bedroom with a single bed that overlooks the garden. A great place to snuggle under the covers. Outside an electric barbecue , outdoor setting and a hammock swinging from the trees make a perfect place to catch your breath and chill out. |

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
85% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling more than 14 days prior to arrival date (less the $25 administration fee). 50% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling 7-14 days prior (less the $25 administration fee). Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival date NO REFUND.Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
