Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
A refund of 85 % less admin costs will apply for cancellations where 7 days notice or more is given. A refund of 50% less admin costs will apply for cancellations where less than 7 days notice is given up until 48 hours of arrival date. Cancellations where less than 48 hours notice is given will forfeit total tariff. For group bookings - Require 7 days notice to obtain a refund less admin costs of 15% of total tariff. Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
