Bilinga Cottages Sorrento are on a very quiet service road but an easy stroll to the village of Sorrento and within walking distance of the beaches, pubs & restaurants of Sorrento . Within 1km of the car ferry to Queenscliff and only 4km to Portsea Village. Perfectly presented, fully self contained 4 1/2 star, 2 bedroom private cottages with reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood fires, garden area and gas barbeque. These are thoughtfully appointed with all the comforts of home for a relaxing and enjoyable stay close to golf courses, wineries and the best of the Peninsula.

Directions: From the end of the Mornington Peninsula freeway, turn right at Boneo road to Point Nepean rd. Follow Point Nepean Road into the township of Sorrento through the main shopping strip until you come to a roundabout(Melbourne road). Turn right into Melbourne road, and at the next roundabout veer left (follow the sign to Portsea Golf Club) into Hotham Street. Bilinga is about 150m on the left on a service road. |

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $50 plus any applicable commission.
30 days or less and more than 7 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tariff plus any applicable commission. 7 days or less before arrival will incur a cancellation fee 50% of the total tariff plus any applicable commission.
Less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of %100 of the total tariff. Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
On weekends a 2 night minimum stay applies. On designated long weekends a 3 or 4 night minimum stay will apply. Check-in time is 2pm on day of arrival and checkout is 10.30am unless otherwise advised by Bilinga.
Bilinga is not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not meet the expected style required if booked sight unseen. Please view accommodation at our website at www.bilingacottages.com.au prior to booking and call our office if you have any queries. Bilinga cannot be responsible for any failure of utilities essential services and appliances. Please report any failures to Bilinga management as soon as possible and while every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities or organise repairs as a matter of urgency immediate repair maybe beyond our control .No refund or discount will be deducted from tariffs for unusable appliances awaiting repair. Noise complaints: Only one warning will be issued. Any further complaints will result in immediate eviction from the premises with no refund
Please notify Bilinga management immediately of any loss or damage to property If property linked to the accommodation is damaged lost or taken during your stay Bilinga reserves the right to charge you the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of that property.
