Established since 1999 Arthurs Superb Views has won its rating not only for the magnificent views but also for its superior and quality accommodation. From any part of the 3 luxury Suites including the double spa in the bathroom, the panoramic uninterrupted views are just spell binding.
While our new Penthouse suite has no spa is probably the most luxurious penthouse on the Mornington Peninsula with a seperate bedroom and stunning lounge area with unsurpassed views.
A continental breakfast of fresh breads, jams, cereals, fruits, various teas and coffee is supplied in the comfort and intimacy of each suite.
In summer guests favour breakfasting on their private balcony so as to soak up the beautiful sunrise and the tranquil tree top setting below. It’s only a short walk to the Arthurs Tavern and with a few minutes drive you’re amongst some of Australia’s best Restaurants and Wineries that the Peninsula is renowned for along with its beautiful bay & ocean beaches.

Cancellation Policy: Tariffs refunded (Less cancellation fee $50) allowed providing 30 days notice given in advance of checkin date. In other cases no refund but transfer to another date will be considered (less cancellation fee $50) providing original booking date is fully relet on same terms. For further protection we recommend travel insurance be taken out. Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
