The cottage is a 20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride, or 3 minute drive to the Capel Sound beach foreshore, and Rye village with its cafes and restaurants.
Facilities/features include:
-Complimentry bottle of wine on arrival There is room for 2-3 cars in the front drive. Linen and towels provided.
NOTE 2: 1 night bookings are available at a 30% surcharge over the advertised rates and at the discretion of the operators (not available Nov1-May1) Max # of Persons: 8
Children are charged at the same rate as adults.
Infants are charged at the same rate as adults.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellation: 80% refund less $25 admin fee is given for cancellations of more than 30 days notice. No refund is given if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reservation date.
Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
To assist in your booking enquiry please include your groups details i.e. ages male/female etc. Please note that a $500 bond is payable for rental over the Christmas/New year period and is payable to the operator via direct bank deposit
