Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
If a booking is cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date 25% of the total tariff will be retained less a $25 admin fee. If a booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival full tariff is non refundable.
However we will endeavour to secure new occupants and if the property is relet for the same dates you will be refunded less our booking fee.
Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
