Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Admin fees of 10% of total tariff is non-refundable upon confirmation of booking. Cancelling 7 days prior to arrival date full refund less admin fees. Cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival date tariff maybe forfieted at the discretion of Management. Management will endeavour to sell your cancelled room and if the room is sold a refund (less admin fees) will be refunded.
Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
