Full amount is payable upon confirmation.
$25 is non refundable upon confirmation of booking. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival date a 50% refund will be made. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival no refund.
Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
