Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
An administration fee of 13% applies if the booking is cancelled prior to 30 days from arrival. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days and 30 days prior to arrival 50% refund is applicable. No refund for a cancellation 14 days prior to arrival.

Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
