Tucked away in a quiet yet central garden setting the Bilinga Studio is an attached apartment with private entrance and patio area is for couples only. In the studio there is a Queen size bed and lounge area, ensuite (shower, no bath) and kitchenette.There is a surround sound system complete with television, cd /dvd player, and numerous books on hand for relaxation.Teapot tea, expresso coffee machine and continental breakfast provisions are all on hand to make your stay an enjoyable one.
Infants can be accommodated in a portacot at no extra charge.

Beautifully presented 2 bedroom fully self contained private cottages. One room with Queen size bed, second with 2 king size single beds. Cottages have full kitchen with convection microwave, gas hotplates, dishwasher, fridge/freezer reverse cycle air-conditioning, Coonara wood fire, television, video, cd player and gourmet breakfast starter pack. Children welcome.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $50 plus any applicable commission.
30 days or less and more than 7 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tariff plus any applicable commission. 7 days or less before arrival will incur a cancellation fee 50% of the total tariff plus any applicable commission.
Less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of %100 of the total tariff.
Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator. On weekends a 2 night minimum stay applies. On designated long weekends a 3 or 4 night minimum stay will apply. Check-in time is 2pm on day of arrival and checkout is 10.30am unless otherwise advised by Bilinga. Bilinga is not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not meet the expected style required if booked sight unseen. Please view accommodation at our website at www.bilingacottages.com.au prior to booking and call our office if you have any queries. Bilinga cannot be responsible for any failure of utilities essential services and appliances. Please report any failures to Bilinga management as soon as possible and while every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities or organise repairs as a matter of urgency immediate repair maybe beyond our control .No refund or discount will be deducted from tariffs for unusable appliances awaiting repair. Noise complaints: Only one warning will be issued. Any further complaints will result in immediate eviction from the premises with no refund Please notify Bilinga management immediately of any loss or damage to property If property linked to the accommodation is damaged lost or taken during your stay Bilinga reserves the right to charge you the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of that property.
