Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
85% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling more than 14 days prior to arrival date (less the $25 administration fee).
50% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling 7-14 days prior (less the $25 administration fee).
Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival date NO REFUND.
Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
